Job summary

Truly Lawn in Massachusetts is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to join a growing, locally owned team. You’ll apply fertilizer and pest control, diagnose lawn issues, and manage a daily route, with a Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Reliable and motivated
• Customer-focused
• Valid driver's license (21+) with clean record
• Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs
• MA pesticide license (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and pest control treatments
• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, insects, turf health)
• Manage a daily route
• Maintain equipment and follow safety standards
• Provide professional service to customers
