Job summary

Fairway Lawns in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Lawn Care Technician for an immediate full-time opportunity. You will diagnose and resolve turf, weed and shrub problems while delivering top-notch lawn care services.

No prior lawn care experience is required; training is provided. You must be physically capable, enjoy outdoor work, have a valid driver's license, and be committed to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services such as aeration, pest control and fertilization.
• Assist with general landscaping tasks.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each job.
