Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving background.
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including lifting or carrying 50 lbs.
• Physically capable: lift/carry up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for periods of time.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and manage customer routes.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn fertilization, weed/pest control, and aeration.
• Evaluate lawns and diagnose issues during each visit.
• Educate customers about best practices and products.
• Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle.
• Service and evaluate customer’s lawn every 4-5 weeks.

Position Summary

The ideal candidates are honest, lawn care professionals who are driven to grow our brand while displaying teamwork and maintaining a focus on safety.

• Lawn fertilization, weed/pest control and aeration
• Evaluate lawns on each visit and note any issues or concerns; diagnose disease, inspect problems, or other issues.
• Educate customer on best practices, products used, and results by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to work in other area locations
• Manage and grow a customer routes
• Service and evaluate your customer’s lawn every 4-5 weeks
• Work with your customers by evaluating and communicating potential problems
• Drive and maintain assigned company vehicle
• Safely operate and maintain the ride-on machine and other assigned equipment
• Other responsibilities as assigned
• Possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record
• Willingness and desire to learn about the lawn care industry
• Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Be a self-starter who also enjoys working outdoors and in a team environment
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lift or carry 50 lbs., walk, stand and bend for moderate periods of time
