Job summary

Natural State Horticare in North Little Rock, AR is seeking dedicated lawn care professionals to join our elite team. You will apply high-quality fertilizers and weed control products to residential and commercial turf, diagnose health issues, operate professional equipment, and maintain detailed service records.

We offer four-day work weeks, year-round work, and competitive pay starting at $20 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license and a CLEAN driving record. (This is a must-have.)
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• 2+ years of turf grass treatment experience (preferred).
• Arkansas pesticide license or ability to transfer out-of-state license (preferred).
• Knowledge of grasses, weeds, fertilizers, and application techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Apply high-quality fertilizers & weed control products to residential and commercial turf grass.
• Diagnose lawn health issues and determine the best treatment plans.
• Operate and maintain professional-grade application equipment.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Communicate with clients about their lawn’s health and offer expert recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of services provided.
