Job summary

Crown Landscaping & Lawn Services is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to guide a lawn care crew in the field, servicing commercial and residential properties across our service area. The role requires strong leadership and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will lead, supervise, and coordinate crew activities, offering excellent communication and safety practices.

Crown Landscaping & Lawn Services is looking for an experienced, motivated Crew Leader to lead a lawn care crew in the field — servicing both commercial and residential properties across our service area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew performing commercial and residential grass cutting
• Cut lawns with excellence and attention to detail
• Perform quality control to ensure every property is completed with excellence
• Manage time effectively to keep the crew on schedule and productive
• Upsell customers on additional services we offer
• Identify and help secure new lawn accounts within existing routes

Requirements:

• Knowledge of how to operate lawn care machinery: zero-turn mower, weed eater, edger, blower, etc.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Prior lawn care/landscaping experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
