Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a Lawn Care Technician, you'll be on the front lines, making a tangible difference every day:

• Skillfully apply a variety of essential lawn care treatments (fertilization, weed/insect control, mosquito spraying, aeration, over-seeding).

• Be a key player in our success by promoting and upselling additional valuable services during visits.

• Deliver exceptional and courteous customer service, including providing accurate quotes.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors for seamless daily operations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

We're seeking motivated individuals ready to thrive and learn with us:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by our company provider (This is required).

• Professional appearance and reliable transportation to work.

• Strong attendance record and punctuality are a must.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Comfortable excelling in a results-oriented, energetic environment.

• Willingness to obtain certification for pesticide application (we provide training for this!).

• Available to work 40+ hours per week, including Saturdays and in various weather conditions.

• Ability to consistently lift or carry up to 50lbs.

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is highly desirable, but we welcome quick learners!!

• Motivated, quick to learn, and exceptionally attentive to detail.
