Procare Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable professional with 5 or more years of hands-on experience in the lawn care and pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and effectively to residential and commercial lawns
• Perform perimeter pest control treatments
• Maintain flowerbeds, including weeding and detailing
• Conduct mosquito control applications
• Provide tree and shrub health care, including inspections and treatments
• Perform core aeration and overseeding services
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in lawn care and pest management
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• PA pesticide license preferred
• Strong understanding of turfgrass, pests, and seasonal treatment cycles
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
