Mosquito Squad is hiring Lawn Technicians in Walton, KY. This full-time role involves outdoor lawn care, customer-focused service, and using Zero Turn equipment. Paid training, weekly pay, and a team-oriented environment help you grow with a new location.

Ideal candidates will be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, and pass a state licensing test. Daily duties include servicing lawns, building client relationships, and meeting production goals in a supportive crew.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags repeatedly.
• Ability to work long days outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Pass state licensing test.

Responsibilities

• Service 20-25 lawns per day with efficiency and care.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Communicate confidently with customers and identify service opportunities.
• Meet daily production goals as part of a team-oriented crew.

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Walton,KY

We're excited to launch our new Lawn Squad location in Walton Kentucky, and we're building a motivated, energetic team from the ground up! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and have a friendly, customer-focused personality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Lawn Technician, you'll be the face of our company—delivering great results, building relationships with homeowners, and helping grow a brand people trust.

Schedule

• Our season starts the beginning of Feburary so paid training begins the week of January 19th.
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do

• Service 20-25 lawns per day with efficiency and care
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Communicate confidently with customers and identify service opportunities
• Meet daily production goals as part of a supportive, team-oriented crew
• Operate Zero Turn equipment and lawn application tools (paid training provided)

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Lawn care or application experience (a plus, but not required)
• Zero Turn mower experience (a plus)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional attitude with a customer-service or sales mindset
