Full Time Lawn Care Technician. Guaranteed 40 hours/week after 90 days. Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. PTO, IRA match, paid holidays, customer satisfaction bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top quality exterior lawn care applications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
• Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
• Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Compensation:

Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience
