Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring lawn care technicians for day shifts. Base pay is $18/hour with overtime and commission bonuses. Training will cover fertilizing, pest control, and seasonal aeration tasks.

A valid driver’s license is required and you may study for a pesticide license on day one. No prior experience is required, with a focus on reliability and outdoor work. The role involves 7:00am starts, 8-11 hour days on average, and seasonal overtime May through

Having fun and enjoying the outdoors is a must! Base pay range is $18/hour, overtime is available. Commission bonuses are available too!

• Day Shift | Full Time
• 7:00am – end time varies based on workload. 8-11 hour day on average
• $18.00 / hour + commission
• OT required during peak season of May – Mid July
• Valid DL required
• Ability to study and pass a pesticide exam on day 1 of hire
