Weed Man Lawn Care in Bloomington, IN is seeking motivated Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team. This full-time outdoor role offers paid training, year-round work, and uncapped earning potential through production-based pay and commissions.

You will provide lawn care treatments, assess customer needs, and educate clients on lawn health while delivering excellent service. Ideal candidates are 21+, have a valid license, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and provide immigration eligibility documentation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Available to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays during peak season.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, and pest management services.
• Perform lawn evaluations and identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on lawn health and recommend additional services.
• Generate field sales opportunities and earn additional commission.
• Safely handle and apply lawn care products and operate company equipment.
• Drive company vehicles and complete daily vehicle/equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate service records and required paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Schedule
