Job summary
Valley Green & Associates in Moorhead, MN is hiring a Spray Technician / Pesticide Applicator to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and effectively, delivering high-quality service that meets our customers’ expectations. You will mix and handle chemical applications, identify weeds and turf issues, calibrate spray equipment, and maintain accurate records.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; training is provided and you may obtain a pesticide
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to operate spray equipment safely.
- No prior lawn care experience required—training provided.
- Pesticide applicator license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.
- Mix and handle chemical applications safely.
- Identify weeds, turf issues, and pest concerns.
- Monitor lawn health and recommend treatments.
- Maintain accurate application records.
- Calibrate and maintain spray equipment.
- Log daily work in company app.
- Communicate with customers about services performed.
- Drive between job sites in company vehicles.
- Support general lawn care or landscaping tasks as needed.
