Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in lawn care, horticulture or related fields.
• Certificates/licenses per federal/state law.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop future leaders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe workplace with ongoing training.
• Quality control to meet service standards.
• Plan and conduct new hire and ongoing training for lawn service personnel.
• Coach, train and develop future leaders within department.
• Recruiting, interviewing and selecting top talent that fits our culture.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly goals and manage discipline.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly department meetings.
• Conduct vehicle inspections (Pre/Post trip).
• Maintain current licensing for department employees as required by law.
• Assist in recruiting and training marketing staff (Door Knockers).
