Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care and operating equipment preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform job duties safely and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
• Comfortable outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35–80 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently on residential and commercial properties.
• Perform lawn maintenance using string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping beds for a finished look.
• Trim around obstacles, fences, and structures with precision.
• Blow off hard surfaces to leave a polished final result.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain high-quality work on every job.
