Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Lawn Care Technician to perform landscaping maintenance across our communities. You will mow lawns, weed, plant flowers, trim shrubs, and help keep grounds presentable while delivering quality customer service to residents. This full-time role requires a High School education, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment is expected.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general grounds maintenance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and perform maintenance duties using basic tools.
• Mow lawns, weed, plant flowers/shrubs, trim hedges, and maintain landscaping.
• Inspect and assist with irrigation systems as needed.
• Keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Operate vehicles safely to perform duties.
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to curb appeal standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
