Job summary

BAM Outdoor, Inc. in Westfield, IN is seeking a Fertilization Technician to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments to lawns and landscapes for clients.

You will operate spraying equipment, diagnose lawn health issues, maintain records, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction. A Registered Technician certification is required or obtainable after hire. Driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Technician certification required or obtainable after hire.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control treatments, and pest management products.
• Safely operate and maintain spraying equipment with proper technique.
• Diagnose lawn and landscape health issues, soils, pests and weeds.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and client interactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure needs are met and service quality.
