Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree strongly preferred.
• Three years of relevant work experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ and work in extreme weather.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and ability to drive company van.
• CPR & First Aid certification and other required state trainings within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Landscape and maintain grounds of commercial properties using hand or power tools.
• Perform mowing, trimming, digging, raking, and related lawn care tasks.
• Provide off-season duties such as floor care: stripping, waxing, buffing, cleaning windows.
• Assist with transportation and on-site support for individuals served.
