Job summary

Bluestone Landscapes is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to perform weekly care for residential and commercial accounts. You will complete all contracted work on each property, operate standard lawn equipment, and uphold high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires driving a truck and trailer, stamina for long days, and the ability to work independently or with others. Competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot common lawn equipment.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors all day.

Responsibilities

• Complete all contracted work on each property visited during the week.
• Understand lawn maintenance processes to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot problems in the field and maintain attention to detail.
