Join Our Team as a Lawn Care Applicator!

If your answer is "yes," then we have an exciting opportunity for you! At Lawn Matters, we believe in creating happy, loyal customers by delivering professional, high-quality lawn care services. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us as lawn care technicians to contribute to the beauty and health of our customers' lawns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and apply both granulated and liquid materials safely and precisely
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with the Crew Leader or Service Manager to ensure proper customer records are kept for billing and non-billing purposes
• Provide written and verbal lawn analysis quotes to potential customers, along with recommendations for improving lawn quality
• Develop comprehensive, individualized customer-specific care plans to maintain lawns
• Pursue new customer contracts and re-enrollment of existing customers
• Maintain a clean and safe work site, including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment
• Promote continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of landscape industry experience
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
• Degree in Turf Grass Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required

• Ability to perform all landscape tasks safely
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor environment
• Extended hours during peak seasons
• Physical activity involving strenuous tasks
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions, loud noise, air pollution, allergens, dust, pollen, insects, and other hazards
• Continuous exposure to moving mechanical parts and sharp objects
