Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend).
• Self-starter who can thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently aerate and seed lawns.
• Evaluate lawns and diagnose needs; recommend services.
• Educate customers on best practices, products and results.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Drive assigned company vehicle safely.
• Safely operate ride-on machines and other equipment.
