SavATree is seeking an Aeration Specialist to diagnose and treat client lawns with organic and hybrid care strategies. You will spend extensive field time on residential and commercial properties, applying tailored blends and communicating outcomes to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in turf/plant sciences or related field.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• Pesticide/Herbicide Applicator's License, or ability to obtain one.
• 1–2 years of hands-on lawn care maintenance and turf application.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose lawn problems and treat properties with appropriate products.
• Work independently to service assigned territory and communicate with clients.
• Own your territory and ensure high-quality lawn care results.
• Operate equipment effectively and respond to weather-driven demands.
