Arnold & Porter is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and service-oriented Law Student Recruiting Specialist to join our Attorney Recruiting team. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and supporting our law student recruiting and summer associate programs.
Working closely with the Manager of Law Student Recruiting, Firmwide Director of Attorney Recruiting, the National Hiring Committee, and office leadership, you'll play a key role in attracting and engaging top law student talent while helping deliver a best-in-class summer associate experience.
This position is located in New York office working a hybrid work schedule.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $72,380 to $103,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
The firm may provide a discretionary bonus annually.
