You will support pitches, prepare marketing materials, manage directories submissions, and maintain experience data while assisting events and CRM tasks.
The role requires a four-year degree and at least one year of related experience, with strong MS Office skills, proofreading, and discretion.

The Marketing Department is seeking a Business Development Assistant to provide project and administrative support to the Business Development team. The position will assist with the preparation of pitches, presentations, marketing collateral, and legal directory submissions; support the collection and maintenance of firmwide experience data; support webinars, events, and sponsorships; and provide general assistance to the broader Marketing Department as needed.
This position may be based in the firm’s New York or Washington, DC office and will follow a hybrid work schedule.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $56,000 to $62,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

As a nonexempt position, this position is eligible for overtime.
