St. John’s University in Queens seeks Examination Proctors for the Law School to supervise final exams, enforce the Honor Code, and ensure smooth administration of testing.
The position is part-time and temporary with shifts and requires careful, professional conduct during exam periods. Proctors must be available for May and December exams, attend an orientation, and may cover shifts from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

Law School proctors are responsible for proctoring students’ final exams. They play an integral role in ensuring the efficient administration of exams and are expected to act in a calm, professional manner at all times. Final exams take place in May and December (see below for the next available exam dates). Exams are not held on weekends. Proctors must be available to work most of the day's exams are being offered as well as attend an orientation session prior to the exam period.

Proctors need to be available for at least 7 of the exam dates. Actual proctor work assignments will be based on the final exam schedule of the Law School.
