Cordell & Cordell seeks a friendly, detail‑oriented receptionist/office coordinator to be the first point of contact for potential and current clients. You will help schedule consultations, manage attorney calendars, and ensure efficient communication to support a great client experience.
You’ll handle data entry in our Case Management System, respond promptly to calls and emails, and maintain an organized front office while coordinating couriers and materials. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8–5.
