Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support drafting motions, briefs and other documents.
• Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions, and dispositive motions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Take complete ownership of assigned workload.
• Contribute positively to the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
