Responsibilities

• Prepare and edit client pre-bills with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond promptly to billing requests from attorneys and clients.
• Conduct monthly reviews of Work in Process (WIP) aging.
• Ensure that the Client Management System is up-to-date.
