Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior investigative experience.
• Ability to manage caseload and meet customer-required deadlines.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional telephone and in-person etiquette.
• Work may require travel within and outside the home area.

Responsibilities

• Review case papers.
• Conduct interviews with subjects and sources to assess reputation, character, and qualifications.
• Write clear, concise reports.
• Provide edits or additional information within 48 hours of request.
• Monitor pending cases to ensure deadlines are met.
