Responsibilities

• Works independently.
• Identifies problems and solutions through data analysis and entry.
• Provides technical and administrative guidance to supervisors and staff.
• Receives and directs visitors, screens and transfers inbound calls.
• Maintains filing systems and coordinates mail and packages.
• Maintains motor vehicle files, attendance and trip records.
• Prepares and modifies documents and reports.
• Performs routine audits and ensures data accuracy.
• Supports investigations and projects by researching and consolidating data.
