Job summary

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking an HR Management Analyst II in Arlington, Virginia. The role focuses on applying analytic methodologies to address program needs while ensuring confidentiality and providing full HR administrative support within the Staffing Unit.

The successful candidate will have an associate degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a US citizenship with ability to obtain a government security

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize information to clearly define the problem and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze data, develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures, processes, or organizational changes, and confer with managers to ensure effectiveness.
• Enter, review and audit data to keep databases up to date.
• Organize clerical processes and maintain basic project status information and meeting minutes as needed.
• Provide administrative support to assigned HR Specialist and act as liaison between management and staff.
