Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, a prominent Los Angeles law firm, seeks a Law Clerk to support California workers' compensation matters. You will assist with research, drafting pleadings, reviewing medical records, and preparing hearing materials, under Partners and Associate Attorneys.

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with handling workers' compensation claims from intake through resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including applications, petitions, declarations, discovery requests, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research on California workers' compensation laws, regulations, and case law.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, treatment reports, and employment records.
• Analyze claim files and prepare case summaries for attorney review.
• Assist with discovery, including drafting responses, reviewing document productions, and preparing exhibits.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, medical treatment updates, and document requests.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, employers, and opposing counsel.
