Anoka County Attorney’s Office is seeking a part-time law clerk to support the Criminal and Juvenile Divisions. The role involves drafting complaints, reviewing submissions, researching law, and preparing memoranda for attorneys.
On-site work at the Anoka County Government Center with typical hours Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. This temporary, non-exempt position offers on-site duties, with interviews anticipated November 5, 2026.

The Anoka County Attorney’s Office is currently hiring law clerks in the Criminal Division and Juvenile Division. This position supports the Anoka County Attorney’s Office by performing entry‑level legal work, including drafting complaints, reviewing law enforcement submissions to determine appropriate charges, conducting legal research, and preparing memoranda for attorneys. The role may also involve handling a variety of court hearings in District Court, depending on the division where assigned. As skills and experience grow, the Law Clerk will have opportunities to manage more complex legal matters.
This is a part‑time, temporary, non‑exempt position. Interviews are anticipated to be held November 5, 2026.
