More About the Role:

As a Law Clerk, you will work as part of a high-performing team, honing your analytical and research skills through intensive document reviews to identify relevant documents and conduct legal and factual research. Responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing electronic discovery tools and databases such as Relativity to conduct searches and identify relevant and privileged data.
  • Performing complex legal research for trial staff.
  • Assisting in preparing legal documents like motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Reviewing documents for relevance and privilege, supporting attorneys throughout litigation phases.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Law degree or current attendance at an ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study completed.
  • Knowledge of federal and state court systems, legal research procedures, and resources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; familiarity with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
  • Proficiency with computer applications including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and imaging.
  • Experience with eDiscovery applications and procedures.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • eDiscovery certifications
  • Prior experience supporting the Federal Government
  • Document review experience using Relativity
