We are looking for a recent law school graduate with 40 hours minimum of availability, or a paralegal with at least 5 years of experience in paralegal work. We are a small law firm that needs assistance with clearing a backlog of tasks. The tasks include legal research, drafting and filing pleadings, and some marketing assistance. At a minimum we will need assistance for 3 months, and that will likely be extended. This is fully remote and you will need to use our software systems including practicepanther, slack and you must know how to efile. You will need to have email and phone installed on your phone so you can communicate with us at all times. You will be paid through our payroll system as a 1099 on a biweekly basis. You will need reliable internet, a laptop and a cell phone to complete this job remotely. We will give you a quick research task as a "test" to ensure you are the right fit for our firm.
