U2U Law, P.C. in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our office immediately.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering hands-on experience across multiple practice areas in a fast-paced and collaborative law firm environment. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, reviewing case files, and assisting with litigation preparation.

Qualifications

• Current law students available to work full-time.
• Recent J.D. graduates.
• California Bar applicants.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Prior law firm experience and litigation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in additional languages preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and preparing written legal analyses
