Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm in Milwaukee, seeks a motivated Law Clerk to support our litigation team. Responsibilities include drafting summons/complaints, performing legal research, writing briefs, screening potential clients, and trial preparation.

Qualified candidates must hold a Juris Doctor and be eligible or active for the Wisconsin Bar, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Juris Doctor and be eligible or taking the Wisconsin Bar Exam.

Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm, is looking for a motivated Law Clerkfor our Milwaukeeoffice.

Our Law Clerks support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings
• Legal Research
• Brief Writing
• Screening Potential Clients
• Trial Preparation
• Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified candidates must have earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin Bar Exam or licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Innovative problem resolution
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
