About Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill: Hurrdat Sports Bar & Grill is a unique sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue created by Hurrdat and Hail Varsity. We foster an energetic environment where fans can come together to share their passion for sports over food and drinks.

About the role: We are seeking friendly, energetic, and organized Hosts to join our team. The host is the first point of contact for guests, so friendliness, professionalism, and good communication are essential. This position reports directly to the Front of House Manager/Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcome guests and seat them at tables or the bar.
• Answer menu questions and recommend food and drinks.
• Understand our menu and ingredients thoroughly.
• Coordinate with servers and support staff.
• Manage reservations and answer inquiries.
• Handle to-go orders over the phone and assist with guest check-out.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player attitude
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with OpenTable is a plus; training will be provided.
• Experience with Toast is a plus; training will be provided.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work is performed in a typical restaurant environment.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 15 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds occasionally using proper lifting techniques.
