JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for the preparation and production of all Buffalo Wild Wings menu items. Roles include working at the Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo stations.

Kitchen Team Member: The kitchen is where much of the magic happens. Your talents help bring to life the vision of our founders – incredible wings and a large selection of great food that make our Guests want to return. Tasks include slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing, providing opportunities to utilize your skills. The HOH Team is crucial in making menu items craveable and delivering the ultimate food experience for sports fans.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  1. Prep and Portion:
  • Get the prep list from the Manager on Duty (MOD) and prepare items accordingly.
  • Use proper containers, fill to appropriate levels, and follow FIFO procedures.
  • Clean, sanitize, and store prep items after use.
  • Portion items as per MOD’s requirements and company standards.
  • Track all waste on Waste Sheet per company procedures.
  • Chip Station:
    • Prepare fried appetizers and entrees, ensure fryers and coolers are maintained and clean.
    • Portion and prepare food prior to cooking as per charts.
    • Maintain fryer quality and cleanliness.
  • Grill Station:
    • Prepare grilled items according to prep sheets and station guides.
    • Maintain grill and work station cleanliness.
  • Shake Station:
    • Maintain sauce pumps, buckets, and seasonings.
    • Ensure proper cooking and holding temperatures for wings and boneless.
  • Southwest Station:
    • Prepare wraps, salads, flatbreads, etc., following guides.
    • Maintain cold rail and stock levels.
  • Expo Station:
    • Coordinate between kitchen and front of house to ensure quality and timely delivery.
    • Control food presentation and quality assurance.
  • Shift Change Responsibilities:
    • Clean and stock stations, change sanitizer buckets, and empty trash.
    • Wash dishes and buckets, report equipment issues.
    • Follow FIFO and LDIR methods.
    • Assist other stations as needed.
    • Maintain fryer cleanliness and follow filtering schedules.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
