Our laundry attendants perform a variety of duties including washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens. Our ideal candidate has experience with commercial laundry products and the ability to lift 20 pounds or more regularly. Job seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working on a team. Responsibilities

• Ensure all cleaning supplies are in stock and indicate any shortages to the general manager
• Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management
• Place all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directed
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find
• Dry clothing and linens after each wash cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions

Qualifications

• Graduated high school, received GED or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar role preferred
• Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
• This position requires the ability to lift 20 or more pounds regularly
• Experience with a variety of commercial cleaning products and techniques

Compensation

$13.65 hourly
