Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Laundry Worker to maintain linens and garments in a long-term care facility, ensuring cleanliness and availability. You will operate laundry equipment, follow infection-control policies, and provide friendly service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork. Starting pay is USD $12.00 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, discounts, and wellness programs. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants and staff.
• Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 pounds and work around cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
• Residency within the service area required
