Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a part-time Laundry Worker to join our team at The Lodge at Geneva in Geneva, Ohio. Pay

$15.00 per hour

What will you do?

• Communicate with Office Coordinator or Laundry Supervisor about linen needs for floors and cottages
• Operate and tend machines, washing and drying items like sheets, draperies, linens, and carpets, ensuring proper use of detergent, water, bleach, starch, and additives
• Sort, count, and store items removed from dryers, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Inspect soiled items for stains, color issues, and special treatment needs
• Iron or press fabrics, linens, and spa towels using hand irons or pressing machines
• Record all loads to track productivity and linen loss due to stains, tears, or wear

• Availability to work holidays and weekends is essential

Physical requirements

• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on weather and machine operation
