ARK is seeking a friendly laundry attendant to join our hotel team. You will handle washing, ironing, pressing, and folding linens, while engaging guests to ensure a comfortable stay.

The role requires 1+ year of laundry or housekeeping experience, a High school diploma, and the ability to lift 20 pounds regularly. You should be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or similar position.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience with commercial cleaning products and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Put all laundry in a washing machine and follow the manufacturer's directions for adding the cleaning chemicals.
• Take out the clothes and linens after washing and dry them following the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Monitor all laundry equipment and notify the facilities manager of any maintenance requirements.
• Check that all cleaning supplies are stocked and notify the general manager if any are running low.
• Look at all of your linens and treat any stains that you find.
