Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Wash Aisle Operator to process soiled textiles through washing and drying stages. You will load and unload textiles, monitor cycles, and ensure data is accurately entered into automated systems.

You will work as part of a production team, maintain safety, handle PPE, and report equipment issues promptly. The role requires physical tasks, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and adaptability to daily needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Work safely with PPE and maintained sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate washers, tumblers, extractors, and related equipment.
• Monitor washing/drying cycles and input data into systems.
• Maintain efficient flow of textiles through the wash aisle.
• Identify and report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
