Job summary

Responsibilities

• Organize, clean and sort hotel linens including sheets and towels.
• Load items into dry-cleaning machines or washers regularly.
• Regulate washer/dryer/dry-clean cycles and temperature levels.
• Assist with cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Verify and tie articles in bundles for transport to residents.
• Laundry work is repetitive; stand for long periods.
• Lubricate equipment and change filters; alert when repairs are needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and interact positively with staff.
