Job summary

Athena Hospitality Group is seeking a Laundry Attendant for a full-time role in Covington, KY. The position maintains a steady supply of clean linens for the hotel, handles all stages of linen processing, and supports housekeeping operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will load, unload, iron, fold, and stock linens, operate washers/dryers, and help keep laundry areas and equipment clean. The role requires physical stamina and reliability in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must convey information clearly.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Must be able to push/pull laundry carts (up to 400 lbs) and lift up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understand operation of washing machines and dryers.
• Wash and dry all dirty linens following loading specifications.
• Clean dryer filter daily and maintain equipment.
• Fold linens and stock linen carts as required.
• Stock all linen closets throughout the hotel as applicable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
