Job Description

The Laundry Room Attendant provides superior service to internal and external customers and manages daily laundry operations, including loading, washing, and storing laundry items.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, positively engaging with customers and coworkers, and handling difficult situations with resilience.
• Operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers, and sort, fold, and bundle linens.
• Stack linens on shelves and maintain inventory control and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and complete tasks efficiently.
• Prior laundry experience is preferred.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

The position typically requires two months of on-the-job training or related experience.
