Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services seeks a Production Operator to rotate through Soil and Clean production areas, learning equipment and assisting with the flow of linen through receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading processes. You will contribute to safety standards and quality while supporting daily production targets.

High School Diploma or GED is preferred; strong teamwork and flexibility to rotate across positions are essential, as pay rates vary by area and shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various positions in Soil and Clean production areas to support receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and loading linens.
• Learn and operate production equipment as needed to meet daily assignments.
• Perform quality and safety standards while handling linen and operating equipment.
• Assist in moving and stacking finished carts for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Support maintenance and supervisors by identifying machine issues and calling for help when needed.
