• Pull laundry bags and perform designated processing tasks in the correct order as required by operational guidelines.
• Load linen into machine pockets, ensuring proper load size and preventing overloading to optimize equipment performance.
• Follow all directions and safety precautions as outlined by supervisors and company protocols.
• Meet or exceed production standards established for each shift or specified period.
• Promptly notify supervisors of recurring technical issues that may impact production targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall plant efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The position encompasses a variety of operational duties, including working as a Dryer Operator, Wash Operator, Stain Washer, engaging in Sewing and Mending, Soil Sorting, as well as folding, commercial ironing, packing, and distributing linen products.
