Laundry Attendant - Summary

• Responsible for performing laundry services including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens for healthcare and hospitality clients.
• Maintains a clean, orderly, and sanitary work environment in commercial and residential laundry rooms.
• Contributes to the team by ensuring clients and customers always have access to clean linens.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sorts, washes, and dries linens in accordance with approved laundry procedures to ensure sanitation and quality.
• Folds, counts, and stacks linens following established protocols.
• Collects soiled linens and redistributes freshly laundered linens as needed.
• Transports supplies, including both clean and soiled linens, to designated storage and collection areas.
• Inspect linens for wear and tear, identifying and handling damaged items according to standard operating procedures.
• Delivers quality customer service with close attention to detail and individual client needs.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in all laundry facility areas.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by management.
