Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to lead daily laundry operations, staff scheduling, and quality control in a resort setting. The role requires attention to safety standards, cost-conscious management of products, and collaboration with laundry purveyors to ensure high-quality results.

A strong candidate will supervise staff, manage inventories, and support performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a hotel or resort laundry operations.
• Experience scheduling staff and managing workflow to meet budget targets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train staff.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the laundry department.
• Provide adequate staffing through effective scheduling within budget parameters.
• Maintain relationships with colleagues and understand linen needs of each department.
• Uphold high quality control, productivity, and retraining as needed.
• Maintain re-wash program for stained linen and liaise with suppliers for quality and cost efficiency.
• Maintain poundage reports and support performance reviews.
• Monitor safety, sanitization, and cleanliness of equipment.
